TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. I, the artist, retain all copyright to the artwork. You, the commissioner, retain the copyright to the reference photo(s) provided.

  2. No prints/products shall be made by you. Please feel free to share my artwork on your social media as promotional material on my behalf, provided my social links are included and I am credited.

  3. I can make prints of the artwork, as well as displaying the material for marketing and promotional purposes on my website and social media pages. Clients wishing to not have their artwork shared must notify me before artwork commences. 

  4. Payments are accepted via Credit/Debit card or PayPal only.

  5. I require a 50% deposit to secure your place for the artwork to go ahead, this is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order after paying this 50% deposit, I keep the artwork at whatever stage of completion it is at, and the money is retained to cover my time and materials.

  6. I do not offer refunds if you change your mind and no longer want the artwork once receiving it.

  7. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked.

  8. I will inform you of when I have posted your wok, and give an estimated delivery time, but I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal services.

  9. I do not take any responsibility for damage while in transit. All my artwork is sent in securely packaged, however, if the artwork does arrive damaged, please contact me immediately detailing the damage as well as including pictures of the damage. I will then contact the Royal Mail and we can discuss further from there. If artwork is damaged beyond repair, a new piece will be created at no extra cost.

  10. I only collect personal information that is necessary to process your order and complete the commission request, and none is passed on to third parties for any other purpose other than to fulfil the commission delivery.
